Much of what we do as conductors are not visible to our audiences; some of it not even to our own singers, yet we bring all that and all of who we are to the podium in our rehearsals and performances. Using real life stories from around the world, this session will touch on these unseen aspects of our work, on work-life juggling and balancing, along with some perspectives on leadership.
