Courtney Huffman

Courtney Huffman, MSOL, CFRE, currently serves as the Executive Director of Kantorei. Courtney is a nonprofit executive and arts advocate with more than a decade of experience leading cultural organizations through strategic growth and organizational transformation. She brings expertise in fundraising, governance, strategic planning, and community engagement, with a strong commitment to advancing inclusive and sustainable arts communities.

Courtney holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. As a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), she has demonstrated excellence in building comprehensive development programs, cultivating major gifts, and aligning philanthropic strategy with mission-driven impact. She has served in executive leadership roles with several respected arts organizations, including the Columbus Symphony Orchestra, The Arts Hub, Boulder Chamber Orchestra, and St. Martin’s Chamber Choir. In addition, she previously served as Senior Manager of Individual Giving at the Denver Art Museum, where she strengthened donor engagement and advanced major gift strategy.

She is committed to fostering artistic excellence, supporting living composers and emerging artists, and ensuring that the arts remain vibrant and accessible within the communities they serve. Through thoughtful leadership and strategic vision, she works to position arts organizations for long-term sustainability and meaningful civic impact
