Jane Ramseyer Miller

Jane Ramseyer Miller (she/her) is a Twin Cities’ song leader, activist, composer and award-winning choral conductor.  From 2009-2025 she was Artistic Director for GALA Choruses (a network of ~200 LGBTQ choirs), and served as Artistic Director for One Voice Mixed Chorus, Minnesota's LGBTA chorus for 27 years. She has degrees in music and psychology but credits her best musical training to growing up in a Mennonite community surrounded by four-part a cappella singing.

Ramseyer Miller especially enjoys creative community collaborations and has crafted collaborative performances with dance ensembles, theaters, non-profit organizations, incarcerated women, school youth, church choirs, and countless individual artists. Recently she has been deeply involved with the Minneapolis Singing Resistance movement, coaching new song leaders and writing/leading songs for community gatherings.
