Waigwa holds a Master of Music in Choral Conducting from Temple University, a student of Dr. Paul Rardin.

Waigwa serves as Artistic Director of One Voice Mixed Chorus in St. Paul, Minnesota and sings with Elevation, the flagship professional ensemble of Elevate Vocal Arts. In their free time, they enjoy writing, audiodramas, and long walks in the sunshine.
