William Williams

William has done youth work and development since he was 8 years old. He started off working with Vision In Living Life youth count program at Aurora St.Anthony Neighborhood Development Corporation speaking and tabling about anti flavored tobacco use and Rondo community development. Also during that time, he participated in many musical based programs, even ComMusication. 

When he graduated in 2022, he began working with many school programs like Freedom Schools, YMCA Beacons, and ComMusication as a teaching fellow and lead staff, supporting youth in and after school cultivating a welcoming and growing learning space which is what he still does today. At ComMusciation, he works with all choirs supporting the teaching artist and providing the youth with confidence, enthusiasm, and energy that they need to feel comfortable and safe.
